A little guidance.
How do I activate my license?
Open Overview and choose Activate a license in your license card. This demo saves your request locally; an administrator still needs to verify and assign the license. Submitting a key does not immediately unlock access.

Choose Download launcher in Overview. If a download address is configured, it opens in a new tab. If downloads are unavailable, the dialog explains the next step.
What does the system status mean?
The status follows the administrator's maintenance and download settings. During maintenance, check the notice above and Discord for updates. It is not a live connection test.
My login is failing. What can I do?
Check your username and password. After repeated failed attempts, wait until the login lock expires. For a locked or suspended account, contact support. If you have an error code, use the helper beside this list.
Can I change my password?
Open My account → Change password. Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice. Your new password must meet the configured minimum length.

Open Device access in My account to request a device review. Keep your account details ready for support. A review request does not automatically reset your device access.

My account shows successful logins, failed attempts and logouts recorded for this account. Choose Show all to expand the activity list. If something looks unfamiliar, change your password and contact support.
